mental-fortitude-logo-1-768x940HMC has partnered with the Ann Johnson Health Station at Yonge & Eglinton in Toronto to offer our first-ever custom ACT! course for youth.

Comprised of a series of 8 sessions that run one-and-a-half hours in length, ACT! will cover variety of specific topics related to mental illness. Upon completion, youth will receive a graduation certificate and will obtain volunteer hour credits.

Sessions will include interactive discussion, videos and discussion, activities, useful information, and keynote speakers and each session has been designed to help empower and educate youth about mental health.
Our goal is to teach young people how to take control of their own mental health, be of help to others, and help them become mental health advocates and community leaders.
